The FTSE All-Share Index is a market-capitalization weighted index representing the performance of all eligible companies listed on the London Stock Exchange's main market. The index captures around 98% of the UK's market capitalization.

The FTSE 100 Index is a market-capitalization weighted index comprising the 100 most highly capitalized blue-chip companies listed on the London Stock Exchange's main market. It represents around 81% of the UK's market capitalization.

The FTSE 250 Index represents mid cap stocks traded on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) which pass screening for size and liquidity. FTSE 250 Index constituents are traded on the LSE's SETS and SETSmm trading systems.

The FTSE UK Equity Income Index comprises stocks that are characterized by higher than average dividend yields, and is based on the FTSE 350 Index, which is part of the FTSE UK Index Series. Real estate investment trusts (REITS) (ICB Sectors 8630 and 8670) and investment trusts (ICB Subsector 8985) are removed from the index, as are stocks that are forecast to pay a zero dividend over the next 12 months or have no forecast data available. The remaining stocks are ranked by annual dividend yield and the top 50% (accounting for buffers) are included in the index. The constituents are then weighted by float-adjusted market capitalisation.

The FTSE Developed ex UK Index is a market-capitalization weighted index representing the performance of large and mid cap companies in Developed markets, excluding the UK. The index is derived from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS), which captures 98% of the world's investable market capitalization.

The FTSE Developed Europe Index is a market-capitalization weighted index representing the performance of large and mid cap companies in Developed European markets, including the UK. The index is derived from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS), which captures 98% of the world's investable market capitalization.

The FTSE Developed Europe ex UK Index is a market-capitalization weighted index representing the performance of large and mid cap companies in Developed European markets, excluding the UK. The index is derived from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS), which captures 98% of the world's investable market capitalization.

The FTSE Japan Index is a market-capitalization weighted index representing the performance of Japanese large and mid cap companies. The index is derived from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS), which captures 98% of the world's investable market capitalization.

The FTSE All-World High Dividend Yield Index represents the performance of large and mid cap companies in Developed and Emerging Markets that are characterized by higher-than-average dividend yields. The index is derived from the FTSE All-World Index, which is part of the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS).

The FTSE Developed All Cap ex Controversies/Non-Renewable Energy/Vice Products/Weapons Index measures the performance of the FTSE Developed All Cap Index after excluding companies involved in Non-Renewable Energy (Nuclear Power, Fossil Fuels), Vice Products (Adult Entertainment, Alcohol, Gambling, Tobacco), Weapons (Civilian Firearms, Controversial Military Weapons, Conventional Military Weapons). Companies are also excluded based on Controversial Conduct. The index is part of the FTSE Global Choice Index Series, which is designed to help investors align their values with their investment choices by selecting companies based on the impact of their products and conduct on society and the environment.
