Samsung SDS (Korea) IPO: Informative Notice

In relation to the initial public offering for Samsung SDS (Korea) (BRS2KY0) on Friday 14 November 2014, FTSE expects Samsung SDS to be a fast entry to the FTSE Global Equity Index Series after the close of business on Thursday 20 November 2014 (i.e. effective from Friday 21 November 2014).

Please note: The current fast entry threshold for the FTSE Asia Pacific Ex Japan Region is USD 4.896bn.

FTSE will issue a further notice to confirm Samsung SDS's eligibility for fast entry using the closing price on the first day of trading i.e. Friday 14 November 2014.
