Hopewell Holdings (Hong Kong): Distribution in Specie of Shares in Hopewell Highway Infrastructure (Hong Kong)

Subject to the completion of the proposed distribution in specie of shares in Hopewell Highway Infrastructure (Hong Kong constituent) to the shareholders of Hopewell Holdings (Hong Kong constituent) on the basis of 1 Hopewell Highway Infrastructure share for every 20 ordinary shares held in Hopewell Holdings, a capital repayment which is equivalent to the entitlement value of Hopewell Highway Infrastructure will be applied to Hopewell Holdings. As the investalibity weight change resulting from the dividend in specie in Hopewell Highway Infrastructure does not breach the 3 percentage points threshold, there will be no investability weight change for the company.

Accordingly FTSE announces the following:

FTSE Hong Kong Index	Hopewell Holdings (Hong Kong, 6140290, 00054) will remain in the index with the same shares in issue and the same investability weighting. Hopewell Higway Infrastructure (Hong Kong, 6665016, 00737) will remain in the index with the same shares in issue figure andthe same investability weighting.	23 October 2014
FTSE Hong Kong Index ex H Shares	Hopewell Holdings will remain in the index as detailed above. Hopewell Highway Infrastructure will remain in the index a detaled above.	23 October 2014
