Subject to the completion of the merger and conclusion of the procedures for authorization of the Information Document and further to the FTSE notice released on the 18th August 2014 regarding the merger between Fiat into a newly established Netherlands incorporated company named Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (Italy, Sedol TBA) with listings on both the New York Stock Exchange and Borsa Italiana,FTSE announces the following changes:
