Subject to the completion of the demerger of Cosan Logistica S.A. (Brazil) by Cosan S.A. Industria e Comercio (Brazil, Large Cap), FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE All-World Index	Cosan Logistica (Brazil, BR17H74) will be added to the Large Cap Index with a shares in issue total of 406,543,317* and an investability weighting of 27%. Cosan S.A. Industria e Comercio (Brazil, B0P72G5) will remain in the index with an unchanged shares in issue total of 406,543,317 and an unchanged investability weighting of 27%.	06 October 2014
FTSE MPF All-World Index	Cosan Logistica will be added to the index as detailed above. Cosan S.A. Industria e Comercio will remain in the index as detailed above.	06 October 2014
FTSE Emerging Index	Cosan Logistica will be added to the index as detailed above. Cosan S.A. Industria e Comercio will remain in the index as detailed above.	06 October 2014

Please note the following:

The Value and Growth rating for Cosan Logistica S.A. within the FTSE Global Style Index Series are as follows: Value: 75, Growth: 25

Effective from the start of trading on 06 October 2014, Cosan Logistica S.A.'s ICB Classification will be 3577 (Food Products).

Effective from the start of trading on 08 October 2014, Cosan Logistica S.A.'s ICB Classification will change to 2777 (Transportation Services).

Cosan Logistica S.A. will be included in FTSE indices at zero value and no adjustment will be applied to Cosan S.A. Industria e Comercio. Where the market price of Cosan Logistica S.A. is unavailable and the start of trading date remains unknown after 20 business days it will be deleted at zero value. Where trading occurs between the ex-date and 20th business day, Cosan Logistica S.A. will remain in FTSE indices (subject to meeting eligibility criteria), and its continued inclusion will be assessed at the next periodic index review.
