Subject to the completion of the scheme of arrangement, the stock acquisition of Premium Properties (South Africa, constituent) by Octodec Investments (South Africa, constituent), the proposed delisting of Premium Properties and following notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:
