Subject to the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the acquisition of Green Compliance PLC (UK) by APC Technology Group PLC (UK), FTSE announces the following change:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE AIM All-Share	Green Compliance (UK B54DP71) will be deleted from the index. APC Technology Group (UK 0037398) will remain in the index with an increased shares in issue total of 71,700,841and an unchanged investability weighting of 50%.	12 September 2014

Please Note: the last day of dealings for Green Compliance is expected to be Thursday 11th September 2014. Therefore, it will remain in the index on Friday 12th September 2014 based on its last trade price.
