Subject to the completion of the demerger of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A (USA) by Liberty Ventures Class A (USA), FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE All-World Index	Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A (USA, BQ5BPM6) will be added to the Mid Cap Index with a shares in issue total of 70,684,412* and an investability weighting of 100%. Liberty Ventures Class A (USA, B8FK6R9) will remain in the index with an unchanged shares in issue total of 70,684,412 and an unchanged investability weighting of 100%.	28 August 2014
FTSE MPF All-World Index	Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A will be added to the index as detailed above. Liberty Ventures Class A will remain in the index as detailed above.	28 August 2014
FTSE World Index Ex-Multinationals	Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A will be added to the index as detailed above. Liberty Ventures Class A will remain in the index as detailed above.	28 August 2014
FTSE Global Style Index	Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A will be added to the index as detailed above. Liberty Ventures Class A will remain in the index as detailed above.	28 August 2014

The Value and Growth rating for Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A within the FTSE Global Style Index Series are as follows: Value: 100, Growth: 0

Please note at the current time no market price exists for Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A. It is expected that Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A will be included in FTSE indices at zero value and no adjustment will be applied to parent. As trading is expected to commence 28 August 2014, Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings Class A will remain in the index (subject to having a full market capitalization in excess of the relevant fast exit level).
