FTSE MIB Daily Short Strategy and FTSE MIB Daily Leveraged Indices
Changes to the Stock Borrowing Fee and Liquidity Spread

FTSE announces that the monthly update to the Stock Borrowing Fee for the FTSE MIB Daily Short Strategy RT Gross TR Index Series will be 22 bps.

The monthly update to the Liquidity Spread for the FTSE MIB Daily Leveraged RT Net-of-Tax (Lux) TR Index Series is 48.5 bps.

Both changes are effective from 19 May 2014.

Please note: The monthly update to the liquidity spread (spread over the overnight reference interest rate) will be calculated as the average spread over the five (5) business days prior to the Wednesday following the second (2nd) Friday in the month, based on closing values. The data will be announced two trading days before the implementation date (third Friday).

The effective date will remain the close of the third (3rd) Friday of the month and the premise of the spread will remain the difference between a long-term interest rate and an overnight rate swap price.

Aggiornamento della commissione per il prestito titoli e del liquidity spread

FTSE comunica che l’aggiornamento mensile della commissione per il prestito titoli degli indici FTSE MIB Daily Short Strategy RT Gross TR sarà pari a 22 bps. L’aggiornamento mensile del liquidity spread della serie di indici FTSE MIB Daily Leveraged RT Net-of-Tax (Lux) TR sarà pari a 48.5 bps. Entrambi gli aggiornamenti saranno effettivi dal 19 Maggio 2014.

Si chiarisce che a partire dal marzo 2013, l’aggiornamento mensile del liquidity spread (spread sul tasso di interesse overnight di riferimento) sarà calcolato come media degli spread dei cinque (5) giorni precedenti il mercoledì successivo il secondo (2°) venerdì del mese, basato sui valori di chiusura. Il dato è annunciato due giorni di Borsa aperta prima della data di implementazione (terzo venerdì). L’efficacia resterà a partire dalla chiusura delle negoziazioni del terzo (3°) venerdì del mese e il presupposto dello spread resterà la differenza tra tasso di interesse a lungo termine e valore dello swap del tasso overnight
