Following the shareholder approval on the restructure proposal that Westfield Retail Trust (Australia constituent) will merge with Westfield Group (Australia constituent)'s Australian and New Zealand business to form Scentre Group and the remaining international business of Westfield Group will from Westfield Corp, FTSE and ASFA announce the following changes:

Westfield Group (B01BTX7, WDC) will have a name change to Westfield Corp (BMMVVX4, WFD) and remain in the index with an unchanged shares in issue total of 2,078,089,686 and an unchanged investability weighting of 93%.
Scentre Group (BLZH0Z7, SCG) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 5,393,024,316 and an investability weighitng of 96%.
Westfield Retail Trust (B624885, WRT) will be deleted from the index.

Please note:
1. The last trading day of Westfield Group and Westfield Retail Trust is expected to be 24 June 2014. Westfield Corp and Scentre Group are expected to commence trading on 25 June 2014.
2. The number of shares in Westfield Corp is based on the term of one Westfield Corp share for every Westfield Group share held.
3. The number of shares in Scentre Group is based on the terms of 0.918 Scentre Group shares and 1.246 Scentre Group shares for every Westfield Retail Trust share and every Westfield Group share held respectively.
4. A capital repayment will be applied to Westfield Group at the close of 24 June 2014 to reflect the entitlement value of Scentre Group.
5. ICB Classification of Westfield Corp and Scentre Group will be 8672 - Retail REITs.
