Further to the FTSE notice released on 9 May 2014 in relation to the offer by Generali Assicurazione (Italy, Large cap) to acquire the remaining shares in Generali Deutschland Holding (Germany, Mid cap), FTSE advises that Generali Deutschland Holding will be deleted at a price of EUR 107.77 in order to reflect the squeeze out offer price.
