Subject to the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the merger of ACM Shipping Group PLC (UK) and Braemar Shipping Services PLC (SMX), FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE AIM All-Share	ACM Shipping Group (UK B1GJ9M2) will be deleted.	25 July 2014

Please note: It is expected that ACM Shipping Group PLC will have a last Dealing Date on Wednesday 23 July 2014 and will be suspended from trading on Thursday 24 July 2014. Therefore, it will remain in the index on Thursday 24 July 2014 based on it's last trade price.
