TISCO Bank (Thailand): Restructure and listing of TISCO Financial Group
Changes in FTSE SET Index Series

Following the restructure of TISCO Bank (Thailand constituent) and subject to the new listing of TISCO Financial Group, FTSE and The Stock Exchange of Thailand announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE SET Mid Cap Index	TISCO Bank (Thailand, 6892869, TISCO) will have a name change to TISCO Financial Group (Thailand, B3KFW76, TISCO) and will remain in the index with an unchanged shares in issue total of 541,010,120 and an unchanged investability weighting of 49%.	15 January 2009

Please note that TISCO Financial Group Public Company's ICB Classification will be 8355 (Banks).

Please note that the last traded price of TISCO Bank on 9th January 2009 will remain in the index until TISCO Financial Group Public Company commences trading on 15 January 2009.
