Keppel Corp (Singapore) : Demerger of K-Green Trust
Changes In FTSE Indices

10 June 2010


Subject to the completion of the demerger of K-Green Trust (Singapore non-constituent) from Keppel Corp (Singapore constituent), in order to avoid unnecessary index weight changes, K-Green Trust will be included in indices based on a fixed price equivalent to the capital adjustment to Keppel Corp between the ex entitlement date of the demerger and commencement of trading in K-Green Trust. Accordingly, FTSE announces the following changes:

K-Green Trust (Singapore, 6000014) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 315,988,703 and an investability weighting of 75%.

K-Green Trusts ICB classification will be 8995 - Nonequity Investment Instruments, which is not eligible for index inclusion (GR 4.1.5). Therefore K-Green Trust will be deleted from the index after close of its 1st day of trading on Tuesday 29th June 2010, i.e. Wednesday 30th June 2010.
