Following the unconditional cash offer for Proton Holdings (Malaysia constituent) by DRB-HICOM (Malaysia constituent) reaching in excess of 90% , and in accordance with Ground Rule 5.1.1, FTSE and Bursa Malaysia announce the following changes:
