Changes in FTSE Bursa Malaysia Index Series

Subject to the completion of cash acquisition for Eng Teknologi (Malaysia constituent) by TYK Capital Sdn Bhd (unlisted) , and in accordance with Ground Rule 5.1.1, FTSE and Bursa Malaysia announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE Bursa Malaysia Small Cap Index	Eng Teknologi (8826, 6308173) will be deleted from the index.	17 August 2012
FTSE Bursa Malaysia EMAS Shariah Index	Eng Teknologi will be deleted from the index.	17 August 2012

Please note that where necessary all relevant changes will be simultaneously reflected within the corresponding FTSE Bursa Malaysia Indices.
