WCT (Malaysia): Securities Exchange with WCT Holdings (Malaysia)
Changes in FTSE Bursa Malaysia Index Series

Subject to the completion of a proposed securities exchange whereby shareholders of WCT (Malaysia constituent) will receive new shares in WCT Holdings (Malaysia), FTSE and Bursa Malaysia announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE Bursa Malaysia Mid 70 Index	WCT Holdings (9679, BBP6LY0) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 1,092,181,000* and an investability weighting of 73%. WCT (9679, 6932088) will be deleted from the index.	25 June 2013
FTSE Bursa Malaysia EMAS Shariah Index	WCT Holdings will be added to the index with details above. WCT will be deleted from the index as details above.	25 June 2013

*The share in issue total is based on the exchange terms of one WCT Holdings share for every WCT share held.

It is expected that WCT will suspend its trading from 25 June 2013 and WCT Holdings s listing date is currently unknown, therefore WCT Holdings will remain in the index at a static price equivalent to WCTs the closing price as of 24 June 2013, until it commences trading.

WCT Holdings s ICB Classification will be 2357 (Heavy Construction).

Please note that where necessary all relevant changes will be simultaneously reflected within the corresponding FTSE Bursa Malaysia Indices.
