Fiat Industrial (Italy): Merger with CNH Global NV (USA)

Subject to admission to trading on Borsa Italiana and further to the FTSE notice released on the 23 July 2013 regarding the merger between Fiat Industrial (Italy, B52B4V4) and CNH Global NV (USA), resulting in a newly established Netherlands incorporated company named CNH Industrial NV with listings on both the New York Stock Exchange and Borsa Italiana, FTSE and Euronext announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSEurofirst 300 Index	CNH Industrial NV (Italy, B52B4V4) will replace Fiat Industrial with a shares in issue total of 1,332,539,666 and an investability weighting of 68%.	30 September 2013

Please note: A separate notice will be issued to confirm treatment in the FTSE MIB and FTSE Italia Index Series once the listing details of CNH Industrial on Borsa Italiana has been confirmed.
