Subject to the conversion of Crown Castle international Corporation (USA) to REIT status, FTSE and NAREIT announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE NAREIT Composite	Crown Castle International Corporation (USA, 2285991) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 334,072,000 and an investability weight of 100%.	08 January 2014
FTSE NAREIT Real Estate 50	Crown Castle International Corporation will be added to the index as detailed above.	08 January 2014
FTSE NAREIT All Equity REITs Index	Crown Castle International Corporation will be added to the index as detailed above.	08 January 2014
FTSE NAREIT Infrastructure REITs Index	Crown Castle International Corporation will be added to the index as detailed above.	08 January 2014

Please note:

Crown Castle International Corporation (USA) has been classified as an Infrastructure REIT within the FTSE NAREIT US Real Estate Index Series Classification System.

The T+5 tracker products released after the close on 2nd January 2014, will detail the lowest ranking constituent of the FTSE NAREIT Real Estate 50 index which will be deleted from the index in order to maintain 50 index constituents following the addition of Crown Castle International Corporation from the start of trading on 8th January 2014.
