IOI (Malaysia): Demerger of IOI Properties Group Update
Changes in FTSE Bursa Malaysia Index Series

Further to the FTSE notice issued on 16 December 2013, please be advised that the constituents change following the listing of IOI Properties Group (Malaysia constituent) , FTSE and Bursa Malaysia announce the following changes:

INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM
START OF TRADING
FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI IOI Properties Group (5249, BH7JFJ2) will remain in the index with an unchanged shares in issue total of 2,137,843,000 and an unchanged investability weighting of 58%.

UEM Sunrise (5148, B3FKMY3) will be deleted from the index.
21 January 2014
FTSE Bursa Malaysia Mid 70 Index UEM Sunrise will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 4,323,055,00 and an investability weighting of 35%.

MBM Resources (5983, 6550327) will be deleted from the index.

FTSE Bursa Malaysia Small Cap Index MBM Resources will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 387,471,467 and an investability weighting of 46%. 21 January 2014
FTSE Bursa Malaysia EMAS Shariah Index IOI Properties Group will remain in the index as detailed above. 21 January 2014
FTSE Bursa Malaysia Hijrah Shariah Index IOI Properties Group will remain in the index as detailed above.

KPJ Healthcare (5878, 6493585) will be deleted from the index.

KPJ Healthcare - Warrants (BHB29Z1) will be deleted from the index at zero price.

Please note:

1) IOI Properties Groups' ICB Classification will be changed from 3573 (Farming, Fishing & Plantations) to 8633 ( Real Estate Holding & Development) on 21 January 2014.

2) where necessary all relevant changes will be simultaneously reflected within the corresponding FTSE Bursa Malaysia Indices.
