Changes In FTSE Indices

Subject to the completion of the demerger of Time Inc. (USA) from Time Warner Inc. (USA, Large Cap), FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM
START OF TRADING
FTSE All-World Index Time Inc. (USA, BMM2870) will be added to the Large Cap Index with a shares in issue total of 111,875,000* and an investability weighting of 100%.

Time Warner Inc. (USA, B63QTN2), will remain in the index with an unchanged shares in issue total of 895,000,000 and an unchanged investability weighting of 100%.

FTSE MPF All-World Index Time will be added to the index as detailed above.

Time Warner will remain in the index as detailed above.
09 June 2014
FTSE World Index Ex-Multinationals Time will be added to the index as detailed above.

Time Warner will remain in the index as detailed above.

FTSE Global Style Index Time will be added to the index as detailed above.

Time Warner Cable will remain in the index as detailed above.

Effective from the start of trading on 09 June 2014: Time Inc. will have an ICB Classification of 5553 (Broadcasting & Entertainment).

Effective from the start of trading on 11 June 2014: Time Inc. will have an ICB Classification change to 5557 (Publishing).

The Value and Growth rating for Time Inc. within the FTSE Global Style Index Series are as follows: Value: 75, Growth, 25.

*The number of shares is based on the demerger terms of 1 Time Inc. share for every 8 Time Warner Inc. shares held.
