A Statement on the Compliance with the International Organization of Securities Commissions Principles for Financial Benchmarks as at 30 June 2020, prepared by the Directors of FTSE International Limited (“the Directors”), within which is included an Independent Practitioner’s Assurance Report prepared by KPMG LLP (“the Independent Practitioner”) solely for FTSE International Limited (“FTSE” or “the Company”) (“the Independent Practitioner’s Assurance Report”) is available for viewing by visitors to this site.
The Independent Practitioner’s Assurance Report has been prepared on a confidential basis in accordance with terms of engagement agreed by the Company with the Independent Practitioner.
Following a request by the Directors, the Independent Practitioner has exceptionally agreed to the posting of the Independent Practitioner’s Assurance Report on this website, on the basis set out in this Notice, to enable readers to verify that a report has been commissioned by the Directors and issued by the Independent Practitioner, subject to the remaining paragraphs of this Notice, to which readers’ attention is drawn.
The Independent Practitioner wishes readers to be aware that the Independent Practitioner’s work for the Company was designed solely to meet the Company’s agreed requirements and was determined by the Company’s needs at the time.
